Maa ka Dulaar is a food tech startup which connects all the Indian mothers in Bangalore, Aligarh who are experimenting with their expertise of cooking meal. The idea is to deliver “Ghar ka Khana” to the ones living away from home. Here, the regional food is prepared by women who are expert in cooking your favorite recipe. Above all, quality and freshness is our priority. We understand the pain of living in unhygienic Hostel / PG and the paucity of time to cook for the self. This initiative is a drive to help you stay healthy and get good food. Moreover, Maa Ka Dulaar is serving, by providing with a source of living, to the potential women and by empowering the house wives to showcase and use their skills to procure a respect in the society.

My Responsibilities: • Identifying target markets, target accounts and services to be covered in the business development (lead generation) activity.• Responsible for lead generation through cold calls, email campaigns, social media. • Responsible for selling complete IT Software Services. • To increase sales by identifying new prospects and opportunities, gathering customer information and requirements to generate the SOW. • Market research and analysis of potential geo / industry market segments.• Coordinating/scheduling meetings with prospect and delivery teams.• Involved in preparing proposals, NDA, Agreements. • Client Co-ordination.

Ensure all team members represent the company in the best light.Understand the company’s goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the company’s performance.Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs. Need to call clients which often being required to make proposals/presentations on solutions and services that meet or predict their future needs.Need to make the wire frame of the project in order to show the layout of the project to the clients.Working closely with sales team and help them to reach their targets.Need to check on targets and maintain close look on weekly and monthly reports.Need to attend conferences, meetings and industry specific events in order to market our products/services.As company product is globally spread so need to call foreign clients as per their time zone and try to understand their requirement and give them the solution over the call. Our company developed a new ticketing tool called Faveo Helpdesk. I took the initiative to promote it to biggest web hosting con India event and got a good response from the clients. Also increased the product demand in market.

Used to be the First point of contact for employees and retirees.Worked on emails as well as took calls simultaneously.Route problems to internal 2nd and 3rd level support staff.Use the Incident Management System to document and manage problems and work requests and their respective resolutions and circumvention's.Coordinate and manage relationships with vendors and support staff that provides problem resolution.
