- Setup the entire marketplace business of company on Amazon and Flipkart by leveraging the manufacturing capabilities with in-house production and launched an online apparel brand named Funky Monkey. (Note: Apparel brands are hardest to make profitable on Marketplace)- Propelled entire business from 40 LPA in 1st year to 6 CPA in its 3rd year. (4x growth for continuous 2 years) - With limited ad budget of 1500 Rs/- daily, tried maintaining ACOS below 20%. On individual basis 8% is lowest best & Average of all campaigns 13.85%- Studied competition in the market and strategized category/product launch accordingly and assisted owner to make relevant changes in factory for new products. Categories such as Hoodies, Bomber Jackets, Varsity Jackets, Jog Suits, Crop Hoodies, etc.- Diverted online business from Seller fulfillment model to Sellerflex model- Maintained health of accounts in-line with Amazon guidelines.Achievements- Reduced return rate from 20% to 14% by implementing a simple weight scale system in QC department.
