With my best-friend who I met 8 years ago, I have now ventured into something deeply meaningful that I personally care about (probably till the end of this life). Any technology that is not meaningful is meaningless.

Blockchain and Immersive Reality were pillars on which I co-founded NoCap Meta. Vedansh and I wanted to take this one up. The virtual reality solution we wanted to build were built with 3 things in mind: Customizability (a low cost way of customizing the solution to the client, the more fluid and faster, the better), Affordability (scaling is largely associated with affordability, not of the end customers but of the brands, in order to reach more people), and Immsersivity (how we can make the solution more realistic while compressing to the least size possible). And we did it!Our VR solution was fully customizable, including the animations and delivered to you in 48 hours from Day 0 (where we first meet, a space designated for RP Singh, Indian Cricketer), fully affordable + scalable (you could start with t3.micro and scale it like any other website deployment), and immersive (we could compress the entire experience to under 100 MB along with loading the package in real time so that the user doesn't have to wait for the whole package to load on their browser). Our solution was also fully accessible as it is, on any smartphone with a decent internet and a browser, along with an option to switch to VR mode for VR Box (the cheapest solution in India).Lesson Learnt: While we built the best possible VR solution for the brands, we left what the value additions the end customer would expect. The end customers didn't engage much because of the VR craze bust, followed by brands shrinking interest with now diminishing ROIs.

Managed an AUM of 1.2Cr and generated portfolio wide return of 45% in 28 months v/s Nifty Return of 7.94% during the same period (Jan 24, 2022 - May 1, 2024). Major Holdings: Action Construction (Thesis: the cranes were almost at all major real estate development projects), Time Technoplast (Thesis: They had 65% market share of a big growing plastic containers market and yet a tiny market cap, good promoters, and profits were reinvested), Paramount Communications (Thesis: Aligns with the drive to replace traditional coaxial cables with optic fibre cables across India + high tension cable for meeting rising electricity consumption, profits were reinvested back), Apollo Microsystems (Thesis: Makes communication and radar tech for Defence, as a country grows, typically the defence budget grows as well).

Created the lead generation inbound funnel for the patients and clients. The inbound funnel was built on a custom stack and integrated our traceability logic into our platform. Livia is a very nice founder. She is on a mission to make clinical trials affordable and accessible for healthcare. Dan and Stefan were my engineering and design colleagues and very nice people. I would do my job as most other consultants would do, using Power Bi, R, Hadoop, and Microsoft PowerPoint (and Microsoft Teams). The only regret I had when I left was that my entire duration of work here was online (I hate COVID for this).

SmartCitizen would help you report over 1500+ emergencies (like rape, theft, dacoit, fire, road accidents et. al) in less than 10 seconds without internet. The problem was that on RTI enquiry we got to know, Delhi alone received over 50M+ calls on their control room helpline over the course of 10 months. The situation is severely understaffed (our population is big and the people joining the forces is very small), the quality of service was severely degraded as a result. SmartCitizen would get an Ambulance or a PCR to where you are just like a cab, just by click of a button. We wish to help every complainant by directly connecting them to the required emergency services.- Registered Trademark SmartCitizen under Class 9 and patent already published (Patent Application: 201921038982).

HUII, or the Harvard College US-India Initiative, was one of the largest student-run conferences in India, a community of over 15,000 members. HUII is administered and managed by a board of Indian Undergraduates at the Harvard University. HUII was set with a mission to start critical dialogues in India with the college going youth of the country. I was a delegate to the HUII 2017 conference, and later took the responsibility of building the entire stack of the conference (from applications, reviews, decisions, payments, panel assignment, certificate generation, and conference extra-project certificate awards. I was associated with organizing HUII since 2018. Over time we have had speakers like Raghuram Rajan, Amitabh Bachchan, Sunil Mittal, Chanda Kochchar, Arundhati Bhattacharya, Shashi Tharoor, and many others.
