Make presentations at OEMs and conduct seminars at OEMs to promote the products.6. Training at customer’s end to educate the workforce and in turn to promote the product.7. Conducting the trails at customer end.8. Coordinate with service personals to ensure proper after sale services.

1) Responsible for achieving daily, Monthly & quarterly production targets with stringent quality at shop floor. 2) Deploying the workmen acc. to their skill to achieve pre set targets within time and cost parameters. 3) Reviewing the production drawing to check the availability of required welding Documents like PQR, WPS & WPQ’s.4) Making the Weld Plan, Weld Map as per prodn. Drawings & submitting the same to QC.5) Monitoring and control of Welding Consumables & welders performance record.6) Coordination with clients/inspectors for daily welding activities & for stage inspection.7) Maintaining the calibration record of welding M/c & Ovens.8) Onsite inspection of Welding Procedure specifications (WPS) parameters for production job for piping and structural fabrication in compliance with Customary Requirements.9) Visual inspection of fit -ups, monitoring of in process welding and post-weld inspections.10) Understanding and interpretation of Weld symbols, Weld geometry, Welding processes like SMAW, SAW, FCAW, GTAW. 11) Developments of new processes in welding in fabrication.

1. Reading the production drawings and calculating the Sizes of Shells, Dished Ends, Nozzles etc. For their cutting with least wastage of material & their further timely identification.2. Making Manufacturing Plan, Maintaining Daily production report for reporting to Production head.3. Sequential planning of all the activities for the erection of job & feeding the Planning deptt. Regarding their tentative dates.4. Checking the job as per drawing before raising the inspection call.5. Prepare balance activity list as per the job execution plan & raise stage wise inspection call.6. Maintaining the record of issued material project wise for better tracking of the job progress.
