Leading a team of PMs, DAs for managing service experience for network users and customers.Product ownership covers end to end tyre life cycle starting from seamless onboarding to inspection to service execution & governance. Also includes horizontal platforms and the experiences like awareness platform, CRM etc.Co-owning (along with business teams) core organization level business metrics - Net Revenue, Profitability, New Customers acquisitions, no. of vehicles on platform etc.

• Accountable for delivery of product, project dependencies, mentor-ship, questions and guidance across teams.• Identify and provide ideas to correct product gaps, provide ideas that will improve user experience & prioritise User Stories based on business value and customer impact.• SPOC for the product and tech team for project pipeline and backlog related issues. Write and maintain product backlog and facilitate knowledge transfer to cross-functional software development teams.• Work closely with developers within and between cross-functional teams to deliver products within planned time frames with a customer satisfaction factor.• In sync with Supply Chain Operation , Logistics Forward /Reverse Operations , Warehouse Operations , Line haul (surface & air) Operations ,Last Mile Operations , Innovative technologies supporting and improving logistics operations like (Customer engagement ,CRM , Payment Gateways and wallets etc.)

• Team Management : Supervising end to end Navision, CRM, CWMS & HRMS applications from Implementation to Support & ensure maximum optimisation of resource with increased productivity.• Managing technical aspects of ERP/CRM which includes Navision Licensing, Application installation, server deployment, data security/backup & user access control.• Liaison, Coordination & Approvals: Liaison with vendors for effort estimation, Work scoping & timelines. Regular coordination between all of them to achieve the accurate & in time solutions. Check & Validate vendor payment, take approvals & sign-offs with respective stakeholders & maintain summary accordingly.
