1) Worked as a Consultant for Enterplan in a DFID sponsored project with Madhya Pradesh Rural Livelihoods Project in Bhopal, India. The objectives were:-To assist and guide Project Leadership in developing a human resource manual that will cover all policies and procedures required-To provide specific details of revised organisational structure, staffing complement and numbers, revised organogram, definition of roles and responsibilities.
