DTC Settlements, Trade Confirmation, Fails Management and Reconciliation

1. Performing Final Level Investigation in order to resolve exceptions relating to Management Fees, Trades, Foreign Exchange Trades, Interest Payments, Class Action Proceeds and Client Contributions & Withdrawals.2. Contacting Internal Teams and Clients via E-mail and/or phone calls to resolve the exceptions.3. Preparing Key Performance Indicator File on a daily basis for Internal as well as External Reporting.4. Preparing High Priority Exception Reports on a daily basis for Internal Reporting.5. Prepared Standard Operating Procedures for Project MITHRA which can be used as a guideline for investigating breaks commonly encountered.6. Reconciling Positions, Accruals, Cash and Total Market Value between the Investment Manager and the Custodian.7. Reconciling Cash balances in various currencies between the Investment Manager and the Custodian.8. Updating statements received from Custodians.9. Updating Error Logs. 10. Matching (Reconciling) the transactions and Escalating the Breaks.11. Managing client interactions via emails12. Checking STIF. 13. Preparing EOD Reports. 14. Sending Sign-Off Mails.15. Updating Daily MIS16. Setting up new accounts.17. Purchasing the shares as per the instructions given by the customer.18. Maintenance of accounts.19. Verifying Suspicious Activity Report and if found anything suspicious then reporting the same to risk department.
