More than two decades of experience – evenly split between US and India – has given me opportunities to work with some of the smartest and cool individuals to build teams & companies both in US and India. As a founding partner of amditree - I am involved in identifying, engaging and nurturing companies for their success. Prior to this - in 2000 started CIGNEX in US which was acquired by Datamatics in 2011. At CIGNEX, served as board member, setup India operations and grew it to 400+ people serving Global customers. Before CIGNEX, worked with Hewlett Packard to develop products (filed patents) to manage HP servers in remote environment. Before HP, worked with a small organization & contributed in growing it to a mid-size company & in CRM & eCommerce practices.With strong entrepreneurial skills and ability to build world class teams particularly in multi-cultural and geographically diverse environments I enjoy:- Establishing start-ups and nurturing for long term growth- Open source software – products & services- Software project execution and management- Setting up & managing offshore center- Managing and motivating group of smart people to achieve higher results
