I am responsible for all restaurant employees. I run shifts thoroughly with daily tasks along with managing associates. I am responsible for scheduling, reporting tips and daily numbers. Currently marketing for a larger spectrum of guests outside of the hotel. I do the daily ordering for liquor, beer and wine. I account for all of this at end of month.

I had an area of responsibility (being all front of house staff) but if it were my shift for the day I was responsible to keep all employees on task. Being in my area of responsibility I dealt with all scheduling, all progressive discipline and training technics for the front of house staff (hosts, servers and bartenders). We were a training store for all store managers for the company, so on many shifts I would be training other managers the daily tasks and tactics of running a shift. I did all deposits and all cash drawers.
