-Oversees leasing for multiple developments in Atlanta, Charlotte and Charleston including leasing at two notable food halls in the southeast: Krog Street Market in Atlanta and Optimist Hall in Charlotte.-Generates leases through direct marketing, leasing and broker contact to ensure continual leasing performance consistent with project proforma, department goals and corporate objectives.-Identifies, qualifies and develops relations with prospective tenants in order to achieve levels of leased space consistent with established projects proforma.-Cultivates and maintains relationships with Realtors in order to re-enforce brokers attention and awareness to support and achieve a larger base of prospective tenants and secure targeted leasing plans.-Conducts presentations and negotiates to lease space with both in-house and broker-referred prospective tenants.-Maintains a data base inventory of prospective tenants, competing properties and leasing agencies in accordance with department.-Coordinates with and facilitates with the On-Site Property Manager for tenant construction build-out, tenant walk through leased premises prior to occupancy, and move-in services in accordance with leasing agreement and standard operating procedures.-Cultivates business relations with professional groups, business organizations and agencies through formal and informal presentations, public relations efforts, and promotional programs in accordance with the leasing/marketing strategic plan.-Negotiates rental rates, tenant inducement allowances and leasing strategies.-Analyze estimated and actual levels of leasing activities in order to track performance and align it with established or revised program requirements.
