• Develop profitable assortments with innovative product and a strong visual impact to align with brand strategy• Conduct market research and analyze sales data to inform product decisions and ensure highly competitive assortments • Lead quarterly line reviews to communicate merchandising strategy and key messages to executive team and cross functional partners• Participate in concept meetings, sketch reviews, aesthetic fittings, and sample edits to ensure brand consistency or ‘red thread’ across various divisions and product categories• Act as the main liaison between all cross functional divisions including Design, PD, Sales, Buying, Marketing, Ecomm and Visual

• Support the Senior Buyer in achieving sales, profit and inventory targets with an understanding of all financial metrics including sales and inventory forecasting.• Create and maintain weekly and seasonal sales reports that help drive assortment, SKU and receipt planning.• Analyze product performance and summarize findings in an effective recap that includes recommendations for future product development opportunities.• Manage all day-to-day communication with external partners in addition to all internal cross-functional teams including supply chain, marketing, visual merchandising, etc.

• Ensure all store associates were taught and comply with all Company initiatives: Training Programs, Selling Programs, Leader on Duty Program, Shrink Program, Payroll Procedures, and Dress Code.• Analyze business opportunities and creates short term and long term strategies to maximize sales opportunities.• Lead weekly store walkthroughs to develop and execute strategies to maximize product sell through and works in partnership with the Visual team.• Responsible for communicating success, opportunities and solutions to drive profitability.
