I am a former CEO and a former, 12-year leader of Vistage CEO and Executive Groups.I advise and mentor CEOs, business owners and Executives on how to make the critical and crucial transitions of leadership, management, people and finance necessary to successfully grow their business. I work with them to be a stronger and more inspiring leader, to establishing results oriented financial management and financing, and to be less stressed and have more time for their self.I have recently lead a CEO Board of specially selected CEOs/business owners/managing partners who want to scale their business, AND most importantly, learn how to scale themselves so they can grow. I believe that for a company to change, the CEO must change.I believe a company should be run as if planned to be sold (financially, strategically, operationally).I am also on the Board of Governors of the City of Hope, seed funding high-impact breakthroughs in the cure and treatment of cancer.As a CEO of my own companies for 20 years, l have been an active businessman/entrepreneur with background and experience in executive management, financial operations, financing, sales, marketing and operations management, retail/wholesale, consulting, venture capital and Internet based businesses. Previously, I had participated in five high-technology start-ups in Los Angeles and the Bay Area/Silicon Valley.
