I am a college graduate with high honors seeking professional, flexible and remote job opportunities. As a company owner, part time customer service and employee sales trainer, as well as a program coordinator I have developed a deep understanding and experience with time managment, sales, leadership and professional communication. My career objectives are to continue developing these skills alongside growing new skills in marketing, financing, team building and/or social media.I am seeking 100% remote work so that I may continue my studies as a Mindfulness Meditation Instructor through the University of California at Berkeley. Mindfulness, meditation and self healing have been my focus since 2011. As a college student my family suffered the sudden and tragic loss of my father. It is from this experience that I began diving into the world of natural healing and mindfulness to better understand myself and the world. Through my own personal practices and social media presence I began recieving requests to teach others. It is through teaching both one-on-one and group in-home workshops as well as weekly meditation classes that I have been able to help many people in their journey to self healing, recognition, and overall positive personal and professional changes. I have also worked with children developing their skills for personal accountability and awarness through meditation classes. It is my continued daily practice of meditation that allows me to stay grounded, attentive, and motivated through any and all work related or personal stressors. The practices of meditation and mindfulness have taught me the importance of understanding oneself as a means to benefit both my professional and personal life.Through my personal experiences and development of professional skills, I believe, I come with a very well rounded background to work within a team or individually. As demonstrated above my capacity to properly manage my time, communicate professionally, and understand my own abilities and limitations allows me to learn new skills quickly. Ultimately, I am seeking a position that will both use current skill set and guide me in developing professionally in the world of marketing, financing, team building and/or social media.
