With a background as a preschool teacher and as a licensed clinical social worker, I bring a unique set of skills to create a safe space for children, teens, caregivers, and adults. In my practice, I utilize an eclectic approach and believe in the power of a strong therapeutic alliance with clients. I am passionate about working with children and their caregivers and blending my preschool and therapy experiences. Using skill-building and play therapy techniques, I foster a nurturing space for children to express and navigate difficult emotions while supporting parents through life challenges. With the many stressors in the world today, I support clients with anxiety, by developing strategies for coping and achieving a better balance. I also work to assist families navigating aging-related transitions.
