Project Manager, Engineering• Managed the upfront design and installation of a $56M capital expansion nearly doubling throughput to 235,000BPD ready for service prior to required need by date.• Ran design, negotiated with contractors on ways to reduce scope and cost to final award for the Installation of 6,450-FT of 36-inch and 7,300-FT of 16-inch inlet/outlet pipelines, grassroots two 2,500HP pumps and facility piping to provide increasing total throughput to 144,000BPD and additional operational flexibility for storage benefiting the company with an overall cost of $22M. • Directed the installation of a 510HP vertical inline pump, meter station, prover, and 2,700-FT 20-inch pipeline while working with operations and existing ROW to fit all equipment into space constrained location overall increasing throughput to 220,000BPD for $6M. • Initiated the design and installation of 3rd party interconnects in West TX and provided mentorship to new hire engineer allowing him to take over the project to completion.

Facilities Engineer, direct report to the EVP Midstream and Marketing • Conducted pipeline bidding, construction, maintain schedule, and optimization of delivery points for a four-rig drilling program, proactively worked in design concept phase with land and survey to design and build pipeline gathering systems and facilities. • Took initiative creating upfront Process Flow Diagrams to engineering contractors for compressor station, truck loading facilities, and developed company design standards that allowed typical valve settings and future connections readily available. • Presented status at weekly upper management meetings providing project status and captured well completion schedule changes and ensuring connections were completed ahead of first flow.

Manager Facilities Engineering, US Projects• Led a new team of project engineers providing guidance as part of company integration for maintenance upgrades and project modernization projects within transmission systems across domestic operations.• Supervised a team for optimizing upgrading of facilities to “TC” US specifications finding ways to reduce equipment and construction cost to allow the ability to proceed with expansion and modernization projects.

Lead Midstream Engineer (Acquired by TransCanada in July 2016)• Developed new gathering system in the Marcellus Shale Basin bringing volumes from 5 to 230MMcfd of marketable gas while attending township meetings and working alternate design/locations to ensure that connections to CPG transmission line were completed prior to well in-service dates. • Supervised Engineering design standards practice group (7 members) to create uniformity and repeatability.• Managed team for transmission meter station installation in SW PA

• Managed the expansion of a transmission interconnect facility expansion to increase overall throughput.

Sr. Engineer (Acquired by PVR Partners in May 2012)• Increased company throughput volume ability from 100 to 500MMcfd with supervision of one 250MMcfd TGP and one 500MMcfd Transco interconnect. • Directed 7+ third party well connects (Daniel Sr. meter runs) ahead of gas to sales date. Trained summer engineers on midstream fundamentals, materials, growth. • Led Lead Pre-Startup Safety Reviews (PSSR) to ensure a successful station commissioning.• Held weekly engineering meetings to optimize facility designs and to ensure a seamless transition of assets.

Sr. Engineer (Acquired by PVR Partners in May 2012)• Led $210M of new grass roots Marcellus gathering system (in excess of 100 miles), creating SOW, bid negations, hosted weekly meetings with management team, managed various PHA reviews and incorporated Process Safety Management. Trained new engineers for system development and provided engineering expertise to management regarding system expansion. • Assisted in providing management with data room information for the 2012 disposition of Chief’s Marcellus Gathering System to PVR Partners for $1 billion. • Constructed: five compressor stations 46,000-HP (14-3608s and 11-3516); over 1-BCF of dehydration facilities.
