Responsibilities include forging and maintaining personal relationships across the network, facilitation of member-based processes and programs, administrative support and database management, collaboration with other team members to help drive organizational strategic planning, and helping to connect member farmers with resources and services as available.

Responsibilities include all aspects of cultivation, staff and volunteer management, assisting with crop planning, and IPM.
