SkyTC is composed of a team of Real Estate Transaction Coordinators who assist Real Estate Agents and Brokers during a transaction using the SkySlope software.- Analyzed, developed, and implemented key processes and policies for the following functions: service level agreements (SLAs), inbox management, prioritizing incoming requests, communication between all parties involved in a transaction, maintaining broker & agent relationships, meeting contractual deadlines, SkySlope file creation, file maintenance, strategy for pairing agents with transaction coordinators, and communicating new processes with the team.- Managed and reported department metrics: Agent pairings, incoming listings and transactions, cancellations, closings, department file capacity, outstanding invoices, coverage for Transaction Coordinators, and bonuses for monthly file average.- Provided coverage for the SkyTC Senior Manager and acted as the main point of contact for SkyTC 2.5 weeks and as needed.

- Built the SkyTC training program from the ground up. Prior to my development, no formal training existed at SkyTC.- Developed the SkyTC curriculum based on current real estate rules and regulations and the SkyTC processes with a student perspective. This approach allowed me to create written and video content with detailed step by step instructions and provide the 'why' when explaining each of our processes.- Onboarded, trained, and supervised about 75 Transaction Coordinators and 7 Virtual Assistants. - Improved the quality and efficiency of the training program through content creation, implementing a mentorship program, and ultimately condensed the length of the program to 2-4 weeks depending on the new hire's level of prior experience.- Managed a small number of transactions to stay current on transaction management processes, real estate industry standards, and SkySlope product updates.- Audited files to ensure real estate transactions were compliant and that all processes were implemented.- Coached transaction coordinators and held continuing education sessions.- Supported the Senior Manager with HR duties: hiring plans, Interviews, performance improvement plans, and terminations.- Provided recommendations on SkySlope products through product testing and interviews.- Contributed to the development of our company-wide training videos by creating the structure, script, and providing real estate industry knowledge. This training has been provided to all new hires within the company since 2019 and covers the basics of the real estate industry and the transaction timeline.
