Here, I design, develop, and deliver learning curriculum, lectures, solutions, and resources that align with the organization’s needs and maximizes learning opportunities that produce actionable results. I facilitate an optimistic and productive learning environment for over 143 students attending English II (STAAR-rated course) courses. Additionally, I ensure each lesson plan, assessment and documentation adheres to district and state requirements for instruction. I also define and clearly communicate classroom objectives, requirements, and expectations to promote a positive and rewarding learning environment.• Instrumental in rapidly learning and teaching new remote and hybrid education programs and systems during the COVID-19 pandemic.• Participate and attend multiple professional development training sessions to improve industry knowledge and stay current on emerging trends, systems, and programs.• Gained multiple compliments from senior leadership for encouraging student critical thinking and discussion by utilizing a variety of teaching techniques and applications.

I delivered custom classroom instruction to over 80 to 90 students per year with developmental disorders. I created unique and interactive learning methods that specifically tailored to each student’s needs in order to assist students to achieve academic excellence. Additionally, I developed and implemented IEP (Individual Education Programs) for special need students by leveraging developmental practices and educational theories to accomplish educational objectives. I also collaborated with a team of professionals in creating and establishing comprehensive educational action plans for special needs and at-risk students.

I created a diverse curriculum, materials, and learning and behavior management program for a wide range of subject matters, formats, and student levels. I also partnered with multiple conventional education instructors across multiple departments to identify effective strategies to optimize student learning opportunities. I led the development and implementation of a successful afterschool program to assist students in developing and improving their social skills, which also resulted in an increase in funds for the institution.
