I am the sole carer for Twin Girls in their own home environment. Ipreviously worked with the Family from August 2016, but moved privately inFebruary 2018, due to Home Harmony Care Ltd closing. My responsibility remainssimilar to when I first started working alongside them in August 2016

Having built an excellent relationship with the team at Cirencester Football Club, Ihave remained loyal and committed to working within a team that values me; gainingmultiple skills, from managing the bar, making refreshments, running events, as wellas managing the overall marketing and promotion of the Club, I am trusted andrelied upon to open and lock up the club on a regular basis, as well as taking overall charge when Bar Management is away.

Undertaking various roles of babysitting, nannying and home-help duties, I havegained experience working with a variety of children and families. I havesuccessfully shown the ability to adapt my approach to meet the needs of children,with ages ranging from 1 years, to 11 years, in addition to working with children ofmultiple births and special educational need. When working with children, I haveorganised creative and physical activities and events, based around the childrens’likes and dislikes, while offering positive challenges to aid them in their continuinggrowth and development. In line with the Early Years Foundation Stage, I haveundertaken observations of the children within my care, and I have used theseobservations to plan further activities and challenges to meet developmental needs.After working for the company for 6 months, I was given a promotion to become aSenior practitioner. Where I religiously undertaken Team Meetings and scheduled1:1 Appraisals, where I have demonstrated a keen commitment to learn, reflectupon my approaches, and contribute toward the further development of thecompany. Furthermore, I have demonstrated the ability to work independently, onmy own initiative, as well as working within a team environment. Finally, I havesuccessfully followed, reviewed and adapted appropriate care plans and routines.

Demonstrating my outgoing and active personality, I actively connected withmembers of the public and encouraged them to listen to Heart FM. Event assistanceat large events, including ‘The Race For Life, Royal International Air Tattoo Fairford,’I had a lead role in raising awareness, promotion and marketing, as well as buildingexcellent partnerships and relationships with individuals, within the local community

I was employed as Front of House in Cirencester, I gained a respectful relationshipwith the owners that they offered me a role in Administration and Manage their hotelin Chippenham. I trusted to open and close the hotel as well as money handlingwithin cashing up and banking. I gained skills to communicate with guest viatelephone or email with any enquiries or payments. I used excel and word to importdata from stock taking, staff hours and invoices.
