Shaped strategic direction, controlled budget, and built top-performing team of professional staff and physicians. Developed comprehensive business plans for strategic expansion initiatives, organization structure, budget and resource planning in alignment with overall organizational vision. Working with Banner Health at Fairbanks Memorial Hospital. 152-bed hospital and 90-bed long term care facility, Cancer Center, Heart Center, and Imaging Center with $166M in net revenue and 1400 employees. Executed daily oversight of strategic facility planning that aligned with larger organizational vision. Led Public Relations, Patient Registration, Emergency Management, Volunteer Services, and Strategic Planning Administration. Served as key member of Facility Leadership Team (C-Suite).
