● Being the conduit between Rollicks manufacturer clients and internal product/technology teams to support various client requests.● Helps configure the Aimbase software during initial implementation as well as on an ongoing basis ● Responds to questions on basic features, permissions, configurations and functionality of Aimbase ● Provides continuous status updates and maintain communication with customers on outstanding issues in both a project as well as a help desk format ● Works with various internal and client resources to execute Marketing/Owner Nurtures via Aimbase email/software● Always gaining a thorough understanding of possible ramifications to business process as well as to system applications with new features and configures changes in a timely/high quality manner ● Participates in training, process improvement and quality assurance initiatives; provide new and ongoing application training to our clients ● Works closely with subject matter experts, product owners, project managers and clients to understand client business requirements and translate them into client specific solutions, new product specifications and software feature requests ● Contributes to and develops documentation for best practices, process and data flow diagrams and client usability of system feature ● Contributes to software testing and supports internal or external training, providing demonstrations on software capability and design ● Identifies ways to continually improve and refine the software and client processes

● Responsible for creating documents with software on them for every BJC device being upgraded to Windows 7.● Serves as tech support when deploying new computers to users.● Works with CUP team to get machines deployed in a timely matter.● Utilize trouble shooting skills to recycle computers to be reused in the field.● Install software and make sure the software is compatible.
