Executive Assistant To The President & Lease Associate
Current• Serve as the primary point of contact for the President, managing internal and external communications.• Liaison with investors, bankers, and team members; coordinate executive outreach and relations.• Organize and manage the President's schedule, ensuring adherence and efficiency.• Prepare and present PowerPoint presentations; maintain Excel documents for various projects.• Oversee complex travel arrangements, itineraries, and agendas.• Handle expense reports, confidential correspondence, and other administrative tasks.• Provide leadership and support for successful organizational relationships and new hires.• Assist with interviews, provide coverage for Property Managers, and oversee special projects.
