- Collaborate and interface daily with Dover Operating Company representatives to exchange the information and materials necessary to fully support and facilitate the daily communications activities throughout the Company.- Manage the Company-wide press release process to amplify Operating Company information via PR Newswire and across Dover’s various platforms. - Lead the extensive culmination of OpCo news and information in order to create and populate content for the Dover website.- Manage and populate Dover's social media accounts by curating content, obtaining necessary approvals, maintaining a schedule, and executing posts. - Assist in the formulation of numerous communications-related content and materials in various formats, including video, along with participating in marketing activities surrounding the positioning of Dover and its companies.- Orchestrate the annual Company Overview production by developing and editing content, as well as making the final version available on the Dover website. - Serve as a resource for all communications and marketing information for internal teams in the Dover Corporate office and provide guidance for various projects that touch different areas across Dover.- Play an important role in the Company’s philanthropic initiatives by supporting many of the programs of the Dover Foundation including, the Dover Foundation Sons & Daughters Scholarship Program, Operating Company grants and the employee matching gift program. Work closely with Dover’s Operating Companies to help position and support their philanthropic initiatives to foster community relations with respect to the involvement of the Dover Foundation.
