I have been in the social work field for over 10 years advocating for prevention, justice, and resilience. My passion is the driving force behind the work I do. With years of experience working with the neuro-diverse community as well as survivors of violence, my constant goal is to increase resiliency through empowerment, access, and information. This intentional work has allowed me to be part of amazing projects that have increased the equity of community resources and created collaborative, community-based policies and services. As a Field Traumatologist and Compassion Fatigue Educator/Practitioner, I am skilled in facilitating difficult conversations around violence and oppression and have demonstrated the ability to strategically plan projects for maximum effectiveness. The founder of The Trauma Connection, I have the privilege of training and consulting for victim service providers around the country.
