I am an organizational and operations management professional with experience in people and leadership development. I am passionate about establishing big-picture strategies and collaborating with groups on a granular level to achieve strategic goals. In my current role, I operate as a Culture and Talent Associate for Seamless.AI - a software development, tech start up company in the SaaS industry. Within this position, I provide consistent, centralized support to recruiters, hiring managers and candidates throughout the full cycle recruiting process. I coordinate 30+ interviews a week for roles ranging from entry level to c-suite executives, screen resumes/applications, perform professional reference checks and verify credentials. My role also allows me to oversee and manage the company's Culture Committee, plan and facilitate employee engagement programming and conduct weekly orientations for new hires. As a protector of the candidate, new hire and employee experience, I am tasked with actively seeking opportunities of growth to refine the overall recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycles alike. Tech Stack experience: GreenHouse, Rippling, Lattice, Jira, LinkedIn Recruiter, Checkr Preceding my current role, I was as an Assistant Branch Rental Manager at Enterprise Holdings. In this role, I trained and manage a team of 10 to direct a 400-car fleet. We maintained and prepared cars for daily turnover to maintain maximum efficiency, which has resulted in doubling revenue in the 2021 Fiscal Year. Prior to that, I was a Leadership Consultant for Zeta Tau Alpha Fraternity. In this position, I traveled across 6 states to train and support 8 different chapters with up to 300 members on their leadership development needs, including recruitment, engagement, organizational development, and more. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Lamar University.
