Land Development

I have served as a Principal and Senior Project Manager on numerous Capital Improvement, Public Works and Private Development projects. I am an Arizona State University graduate (BS in Civil Engineering 1997), Professionally Registered Engineered (AZ), a graduate from the LEAP and PLI programs, LEED Certified and currently serving at the City of Peoria on the Board of Adjustments and Historical Preservation Commission.

Ms. Duplessis was a partner at CMX, a Phoenix based Civil Engineering Firm for 12 years, until its recent closure in 2009. She managed the Peoria office which consisted of 50 plus employees, along with multiple projects and consultants. In addition Ms. Duplessis chaired several internal departmental committees including cost estimating, solar and renewable energy development, “Brown Bag” lunch presentations, drainage, Community Foundation, International Building Code Review, Municipality CIP Development with Avondale, Surprise, Phoenix and Peoria, and Pipe Standards. Ms. Duplessis has more than 14 years of experience in civil engineering. She is responsible for team management; client, project and municipality coordination; and civil design. Her project experience includes infrastructure design and improvements, as well as commercial and master planned community developments. Ms. Duplessis has had significant involvement with capital improvement projects for various municipalities, including the Cities of Peoria, Phoenix, Avondale, Glendale, Laveen, Eloy, Surprise, Flagstaff, the Towns of Buckeye and Gilbert, Arizona State Land Department and is very knowledgeable in their processes.
