Shelby Ross is an Executive Producer + Managing Director working with international award-winning companies, responsible for all aspects of multifaceted production. Negotiating projects ranging from live action, design, animation, VFX, experiential and every other form of creative content. Mentoring a roster of directors, sales reps in three territories, a team of live action producers, visual effect specialist, designer, editors and post-production teams. Managing revenue, client + public relations, new business, production while producing global campaigns and content for a multitude of Fortune 500 companies. With a keen understanding of technology, media and the advertising landscape, Shelby has a distinguished career, built on a foundation of leadership and problem solving abilities. He is an AICP East board member, Equity & Inclusion Mentorship Subcommittee and inaugurated our film division mentorship program, fostering underrepresented talent. Shelby began his career as a photographer, is a husband + father of two beautiful girls, and calls the NY countryside home.
