I am a multi disciplinary, committed and visionary professional with a passion for collaboration and a drive to continual growth and development. With over a decade of retail sales experience and 3 years management experience I am driven towards finding new ways to bring purpose and meaning to my career. When I take on a new role or responsibility I immerse myself in the details and in communication with everyone involved in the project. I firmly believe everyone has something to contribute and operate with a policy of "the best idea wins" no matter whose idea it was. A fresh perspective that creates a positive contribution deserves nurturing and credit. Often times in this detail immersion I discover seemingly competing goals and I seek to find common understanding. The most successful partnerships are marriages of dreamers and doers so in my work I seek to pair creative visionaries with analytical minds and unite them toward a common goal. By assessing strengths and opportunities I am able to call forth the best in my team and lead them to success. In my free time I am also deeply involved in my church and am currently working behind the scenes to help develop a more effective and broader reaching Outreach Ministry program. The lessons I am learning through this process have taught me more than I ever could have hoped.
