Shelby K. Holman is the CEO and Managing Member of Southern Imaginations, LLC, a minority-owned small business headquartered in Atlanta, GA, specializing in delivering compliance consulting services within the unique areas of grants management and information technology to recipients and sub-recipients of federal funds. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and possesses more than seventeen (17) years of federal grants management experience. As a Certified Grants Management Specialist (CGMS), credentialed by the National Grants Management Association (NGMA), Mr. Holman embodies a master level knowledge and specialty practice in full lifecycle grants management. He also demonstrates a dedication to the highest standards of competency as a grants management professional. Most recently, Mr. Holman has assisted numerous grantees in Puerto Rico and the continental US with successful responses to real property facility needs during disaster recovery efforts. Currently, he provides federal grants management consultations via direct and online collaborative training and technical assistance methods to federal contractors, grantees, and delegates nationally, while maintaining an active presence and membership in the National Grants Management Association and Project Management Institute.
