Sole organizer of AdventHealth Corporate Design Center space and needs of the Design Center team. As the owner of the physical Design Center space, responsibilities are managing an elevated experience of numerous complex, C-Suite and Executive-level sessions, meetings, and events, both onsite and offsite. This includes orchestrating various teams, managing all space bookings from, generate unique layouts, developing elaborate show flows, designing creative edible experiences, leading the Design Center Team in agenda adaptability, delegating AV and facility needs, and overseeing overall event execution. Independently spearhead projects, direct communications to stakeholders, foster a sense of inspiration, produce reports and present to executive leaders, develop solutions to team needs such as technology effectiveness, building services and supplies, and workshop necessities. Process budget and inventory reports, monitor the completion of all invoicing, oversee research participant recruiting, and cultivate an inspiring and positive experience for the team, AdventHealth executives, employees and external clients/stakeholders.

Checking customers in and out, answering phones in a professional and welcoming manner, assisting customers with issues and/or questions, verifying insurance, inputting data, working on the schedule, handling sensitive and confidently information in line with HIPAA guidelines. Assist Doctor with procedures when needed,break down and "flip"rooms quickly between patients while following proper sanitization protocols. Generate creative marketing ploys to advertise our office and have them be successful.
