My role involved managing clients' social platforms, integrating social media into offline marketing strategies, and supervising a team of two summer interns. As Social Media Manager, I crafted dynamic social content for flower shops nationwide, authored weekly blogs for Beneva Solutions, and coordinated press release dissemination and follow-ups. Additionally, I provided consultation services to small business owners, expanding the client base from 3 flower shops to 30.

In this role, I supported self-published and small press authors in navigating the publishing industry through branding, public relations, blogging, website development, book launch campaigns, and community workshops.
