• Assist with maintenance of inventory and collections. This includes proper care of the objects and shelving/storage, assisting in developing the IAC collections, and working closely with the IAC lead on procurement.
• Respond to the visitor questions, resolves visitor problems, and de-escalates serious issues anywhere within museum public spaces.
