• Provide support to the Executive Director of Regional Programs (ED) and a team of 6 Regional Development Officers (RDO). • Organize and execute internal and external meetings and events for donors, prospects and University leadership and constituent units ranging from 20 to 300 people.• Manage travel arrangements for RDO’s including reimbursements.• Administer various donor correspondences including thank you letters, newsletters, and other outreach materials for donors spanning from one to 1500 plus communications at a time.• Utilize Davie, Blackbaud’s Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) database.• Assist in the identification of prospective donors as well as cultivation and stewardship activities of donors.• Design queries in the Davie database in support of ED and RDO activities with donors and prospects. • Handle major gifts and prepare them for processing while overseeing the appropriate designation and credit assignment.• Reconcile monthly Visa statements for the ED and RDOs.• Act as an inter-departmental liaison within University Development as well as with other schools and units. • Play a leading role in training student assistants and temporary employees.• Research, compile, edit and proofread various proposals, reports and Chancellor’s briefings as needed.
