- Built and launched an end-to-end weekly staffing forecast utilizing Microsoft Power Query to provide labor managers with a detailed picture of their current labor situation, future needs, and key metrics in one place- Remodeling the SAS-based DVC daily housekeeping forecast into a fully-automated Python and SQL workflow to maintain usability as SAS is no longer supported- Transforming the non-DVC weekly housekeeping forecasting algorithm into a fully-automated Python and SQL workflow built to easily accommodate frequent end-user adjustments- Assessed staffing gaps for six animal welfare teams by using historic data to compile and present a recommended headcount for the first time in the teams’ history

- Designed and piloted a shift-based staffing system driven from hypothetical business metrics to provide immediate, customizable forecasts to operational managers- Built and sustained new post-COVID-19 forecasting methodology and infrastructure for all transaction, guest count, and hospitality metrics at all WDW parks and resorts, which is currently the primary method of driver forecasting- Managed creation and roll-out of cross-departmental hiring dashboard to improve data access and ensure consensus among multiple departments
