In My years with PCA I worked up from a apprentice photographer to a District Manager. I was pleased to have been in each of the positions that I held. As a photographer I was responsible for photographing children and families,sales of those photographs, cash flow and goal expectations. As a studio Manager I was also responsible for the cleanliness of my studio,resolving scheduling conflicts ,customer service and close communication with my DM. As a District Manager, I was responsible for staffing of 6 studios and the sales goals of each with in my district. Also I resolved customer concerns that could not be dealt with at a Studio Management level. I was responsible for close communication with my Regional Director on a daily to weekly basis.
