Operation Homefront builds strong, stable, and secure military families so they can thrive, not simply struggle to get by, in the communities - OUR communities - they have worked so hard to protect.As lead contract designer, I conceptualize and execute visual design initiatives that serve the mission. Highlights include:• Serving as sole designer on 12 Annual Reports, repeatedly regarded as the organization's "most important marketing asset" by President and CEO John Pray. Visually elevating year over year while aligning to OH brand, leadership vision, and design trends.• Spearheading logo redesign and executing visual rebrand. Awarded President’s Award by President and CEO John Pray for rescuing project from large marketing firm who failed to meet expectations. Personally executed successful logo redesign and visual rebrand efforts, resulting in outstanding contributions yielding broad organizational impact for OH mission.• Collaborating on integrated marketing campaign "11 Days of Impact" and built assets as seen in print in USAToday, displayed on Paramount's billboard in NYC's Times Square, and award winner of PRNEWS' Best Fundraising Campaign category.• Regularly providing quality, compelling photography from military family events. Images have been used prominently in national campaigns, high-visibility collateral, and Annual Reports.• Conceptualizing and designing hundreds of highly custom and effective Partner Impact Reports, which garner high praise from multi-million dollar partners, resulting in high-end donor stewardship tools and strengthened OH development objectives.• Continually refresh branded materials for the many high-visibility family programs and national collateral, leveraging thoughtful design, OH visual identity, and tailored to user needs. Collateral suites are cohesive, relevant, and visually exciting for the organization’s marketing, development, and communication efforts to diverse audiences.

AmeriCorps is a federal program that creates professional roles at non-profits to help select organizations better fulfill their mission. I served for a year in the AmeriCorps Vista volunteer program and built my career on a foundation of service. This transformative experience inspired me to build a unique purpose-driven and impact-centric business model to make the world a better place by serving organizations and creatives through visual storytelling. I have built a career on leveling the playing field for select non-profits and artists in need of full-service expert graphic design and creative consulting talent without the resources for in-house creative, and I credit my AmeriCorps experience for this vision.
