- Provide psychotherapy for adult individuals (18+) experiencing symptoms of anxiety, trauma, and eating disorders. - Help clients navigate concerns and make changes related to life transitions, identity struggles, and relationship issues, as well as build lasting self-worth.- Assist clients in getting linked to external resources, as needed, that can enhance treatment efficacy.

- Provide psychotherapy for individuals (adults 18+) experiencing symptoms of anxiety, trauma, depression, and eating disorders, as well as concerns related to life transitions, identity struggles, and relationship issues.- Provide psychotherapy to couples struggling with communication, connection concerns, trust, vulnerability, and values alignment. - Assist clients with referral information for external providers and resources as needed.

- Supervise RSS team employees to ensure coordination of care and integration of services for program clients- Provide individual psychotherapy to clients ages 15-25 currently experiencing, or at risk of experiencing, homelessness and who are currently struggling with a mental health and/or co-occurring substance use disorder- Advocate for clients and their needs within the organization to ensure clients obtain/maintain needed resources - Support client access to care and/or additional resources outside the organization- Function as a member of an interdisciplinary team to provide clients comprehensive care

- Assist patients with day-to-day clinical needs- Facilitate group therapy regarding interventions and coping skills- Provide clinical support and redirection techniques during meal therapy

- Assistant to the CEO, Executive Director, and Administrator; help coordinate strategic and financial planning- Organize and implement new facility initiatives, structure changes, and Leadership Team goals- Manage Policy and Procedure Updates for HIPAA and Medicare RoP Compliance

- Responsible for all new employee recruitment, interviews, and on-boarding- Manage firm payroll, 401k packages & contributions, and all insurance plans- Assist current employees with any personal concerns, inquiries, and/or interpersonal conflicts- Maintain office work flow
