As an entrepreneur and business owner, I deliver customized training to staff and management. Over my career, I have shared best practices regarding sales strategies with peers and other stakeholders, frequently called upon to deliver training and development programs. In 2007, I founded Mobley & Associates Financial Group to partner with individual clients to guide them in achieving their financial goals. I equipped my new agents with the skills required to provide bespoke solutions by delivering scenario-based training and leveraging technology to guide reps through the client journey. I also developed a modern approach to selling financial products to articulate a clear, cogent value proposition. In addition, some of the major accomplishments of my career include the following:• Driving efficient operations that resulted in growing agency revenues to $3.7M with 5 staff. • Scaling business by $750K in first year and realizing subsequent growth of $2.5M from 2009 to 2012.• Initiating and leading all staff training and development in support of swift licensure.I am now looking to exit my business and seek a full-time role in training and development.
