Speak to lower grade level students and lead beach clean-ups to teach the importance of oceans and how they can help.Created an ocean activity book for distribution to local schools and at beach clean-ups, with electronic versions sent to 100+ schools globally.Selected as one of ten Girl Scouts to receive the title of National Gold Award Scout in recognition of project completion and efforts to reduce the impact of humans on oceans and the planet.Recognized as being the first to accept this prestigious honor with the Girl Scouts of Central Coast California.
