Responsible for onsite level 2/3 support for network operations. Lead Project Manager for IT Networking Projects,Windows NT/2000, Citrix, Metaframe, and IP Telephony.Lead Project Manager for downtown Chicago client’s CITRIX Metaframe Server farm consisting of 24 rack-mounted IBMe330 servers running the Kronos payroll application suite. Worked with the finance department management to plan, design, implement, maintain and support the firm's Citrix server platform. Responsible for configuring, troubleshooting, monitoring and optimizing Citrix and all of its components, and acting as a key contact regarding matters pertaining to Citrix standards, upgrades and integration issues Network administration of Cisco Call Manager. For IP Telephony Phone and data deployment project internally. Project management duties required participation as a liaison to other offices to coordinate network standardization, configuration and upgrade issues. In preparation for the eventual move to Windows 2000 server required responsibility for the standardization, configuration and maintenance of all Citrix systems firm wide.Project Manager / Deployment Engineer on the Windows 2000 Active Directory migration.
