Highlights:In my first month at WBD, I achieved an impressive feat by recruiting a full team of six principal-level engineers for the MAX platform. These positions had earned a reputation for being challenging to fill, having remained vacant for a full three months. Significantly, four of these engineers accepted our offer over those from FAANG companies.Partner with hiring managers to shape job requirements, refine descriptions, and engage stakeholders in intake meetings to grasp unique business needs, all while efficiently managing 15-25 requisitions. Develop dynamic recruitment strategies, employ data-driven methods to gauge sourcing strategy efficacy, identify areas for enhancement, and optimize processes for improved outcomes. Conduct in-depth behavioral & technical screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates' abilities. Establish and nurture relationships with active/ passive candidates, ensuring a robust talent pool for future positions. Drive the creation of orientation materials for new hires, boosting retention and engagement in the first six months.

Recruited bloggers and influencers that are on brand and utilized media platforms to create tailored and effective pitches for potential new clients. Ensured that all 20 influencers posted to social media content when required by their contracts, thus maintaining clear lines of communication between all parties. Assisted with event planning, from conceptualization to coordination and execution.

Composed daily news releases and presented them to firm partners on a weekly basis, discussing research findings on clients and industry trends. Provided general support of talent, including writing and editing IMDB profile bios for firm’s clientele base. Conducted important clerical tasks: managed company database, composed Excel spreadsheets to summarize talent contracts and agreements, and filed copyright forms for each client.
