I focus on selling middle-market companies, generally companies between $20 million in revenues to $400 million in revenues. With over thirty years of experience, I am able to manage complex transactions and maximize value for clients. To successfully sell a business, an investment banker must be strategic, experienced, focused and tenacious. In working with a business owner in the sale of their business, I manage the key elements of the selling process including: presenting the client profile, targeting and approaching potential buyers, managing due diligence, negotiating optimal terms and agreements and closing the transaction to maximize value. I provide ongoing objectivity, guidance and perspective throughout the selling process. I also advice business owners on strategic alternatives and exit strategies and act as a strategic and financial resource and a trusted advisor to business owners. On occasion, I assist clients in identifying and structuring targeted acquisitions.

As the president of Q.E.D. Consulting I focused on assisting small to mid-sized businesses in revitalizing operations, fostering growth and profitability, completing acquisitions and identifying opportunities. I acted as a financial resource, trusted business advisor and M&A specialist predominately to middle-market companies. Generating and managing client relationships was part of my responsibilities. I worked with a wide range of companies across diverse industries.
