Leading a team of HR Business Partners to support both of our profit centers, Commercial Markets and Government Markets as well as their subsidiaries. - HR Enterprise lead for bringing the Medicaid business back in house. Hired 300 associates over the course of a year with strong partnership with Talent Acquisition, finance and business leaders across the enterprise. Medicaid program finished in green status. I personally led the staffing plan, approvals and overall change management workstream for the enterprise. - HR Enterprise Lead for Acquisition of SimplePay health. Acted as the to close the deal and integrate a start up into our company. Now act as the HR leader for the company as a separate entity that has met 200% of membership goal for 2024. - Leading an enterprise wide initiative for role clarity to ensure there is alignment at the executive level down to the individual contributor level across three distinct workstreams. Each workstream is focused in on a subject that has caused confusing and not delivered on needs of the business due to lack of clarity.

Worked as an HR strategic partner for our Sioux Falls, Rochester, La Crosse and Minneapolis offices while aligning closely within our Audit Practice. Functioned as a Regional lead for our performance management and compensation approach as well as a national lead on a go-to market strategy change team.

Worked within a consulting team to implement major HR changes to multiple different client HR structures, systems and processes.Main client was a global retail organization working through a Global Human Resources Technology Transformation. We were implementing a new cloud based Human Capital Management system across the organization as it touches multiple brands and countries. We were currently in local design as we worked to build out specific requirements for brand and location.

Featured in local Eagan newspaper as the spokesperson for the internship program at BCBSMN. Team received first place in the all intern case study competition regarding how Blue Cross and Blue Shield can prepare for the challenges and changes that the HealthCare industry is facing. My role has goals to assist the Human Resource Business Partners in order to effectively serve our executive team as well as assist in change management. Currently assisting on change management efforts through the construction of a risk mitigation tool, the collapsing of job roles into one singular job family across both IT and the entire enterprise, administer and create a tool for internal equity across the organization, as well writing and implementing a communication plan to the wider organization.

Gained experience within the Human Resource Development field through development strategies, process mapping, leadership training, daily processes, and assisting in recruitment efforts. Projects included creating an Internship Program for future HR interns as well as creating a Development plan for all managers to utilize when considering succession planning as well as developing their employees into new roles.
