Worked across several A. S. Watson brands in a Supervisory position after being employed as a temporary maternity cover in 2019. Duties included calculating and delivering KPI's back to upper management and area managers, stock management, customer service, cash handling (including opening and closing stores), organisation and cleaning as well as mentoring and training for sales assistants over Christmas periods and during the 2020 Coronavirus Pandemic.
