Attended the University of Edinburgh to pursue a Master's degree in Social Anthropology. My dissertation was focused on gendered labor, feminized skills, and American work culture through the lens of retail shop work.

I managed inventory and the ordering process between both the Oviedo and Titusville Merle Norman locations. This position required extensive product knowledge as well as understanding the shifts in supply and demand for ordering purposes. When each vendor in our store debuted new items, it was my responsibility to ensure that they are entered accurately into our computer system. I maintained each store's Yearly Sales Comparison spreadsheet, as well as providing up-to-date product transfer information between each location, and updating a spreadsheet that calculated the success of promotional items.

I provided customer service, maintained product and promotional knowledge, and prepared the store for special events. I was involved with inventory management which included creating new products in the computer system, running sales reports, tracking and organizing store transfer outs, and creating spread sheets to track monthly sales.I also have experience with payroll and training new employees.
