Sheldon B. is a Team Lead at Immersive Concepts, LLC. Colleagues describe him as "Sheldon has been the face and brains of Distance Learning Services at Capitol for over five years, and he is the person most students and staff trust to solve their problems. He is well versed in our Learning Management System (currently Canvas) and our remote learning platform (Adobe Connect). Since he has a degree in Cyber Security and once worked for our IT department, he is the go-to tech person for our team and for other offices in the university. A central part of Sheldon's role in my team is managing and training the student workers who staff our help desk until late into the night. He is a proven manager, leading by example and teaching our team the finer points of both technology and polite professionalism. Sheldon solves problems, and even in those situations where we can't solve a problem, he manages to leave the client thinking well of himself, our department, and our institution."
