• Underwrites Conventional, Jumbo and HELOC loan applications, ensuring the loan narrative, appraisal, application, preliminary title report and verifications meet secondary market and Sea West loan program criteria and are accurately documented• Reviews, requests and satisfies the following when applicable: subordination of liens, HUD/Master Settlement Statement, credit supplements, HOA documentation, evidence of homeowner's insurance, verifications (VOE, VOM, VOR, etc.) and clearance of judgments and liens on title and or credit• Analyzes and calculates income using documentation such as personal and business income statements; ensures all necessary documentation is requested to support final loan decisions• Maintains an open line of communication and correspondence between involved parties, including Borrower, Escrow, Title, AMC, Processor, Closer, Funder, and Investor Support Desk• Expert knowledge of Desktop Underwriter (DU), Loan Prospector/Loan Product Advisor (LP/LPA) & Calyx Point• Provides best-in-class client service through friendly, professional and responsive communication with both internal and external customers
