• Plan, organize, supervise and participate in daily in-house operation and activities, including the receipt, documentation, storage, safety and distribution of equipment and supplies and maintenance of inventory.
• Train, supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned in-house employees; assign workloads to in-house workers.
• Route, schedule, pack and prepare orders for delivery; load vehicles; schedule and oversee the deliveries and pick-up’s.
• Supervise the processing of requisitions and requests to invoice for reimbursements of in-house/warehouse codes; complete requisitions for needed materials to assure adequate stock levels.
• Prepare and maintain a variety of records and logs and prepare reports as required; dump files; maintain inventory of items in the in-house/warehouse; file records as required; supervise the assembly of inventory.
• Monitor automated in-house system; operate a computer to enter data, correct errors and control key screens as required.

• Receiving parcels, scanning and capturing of waybills.
• Implement and continuously develop customer specialized requirements and standard operating procedures.
• Receiving of the indent directly from the client on site, capturing the indent information on System and placing it with the various local agents / suppliers / forwarding agent via the local in-house office ensuring.
• Purchase forward cover (FEC) and raising liability (OBL) once the shipment have sailed, updating System with rate of exchange and maintain order on System with new information.
• Update bills payable register with payment details as per OBL and suppliers invoice.
• Ensure that the supplier’s invoices are correctly tariffed and sent to local in-house office for clearing.

• Resolve customer complaints via phone & email
• Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
• Assist with tracking parcels, refunds, or exchanges.
• Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes.
• Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered. Close out or open call records.
• Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.
