EPC work including but not limited to quotation management, order entry management, document control, process development and solution implementation.

• Develop, implement and manage a Quotations and Project Management department.
• Develop and maintain multi-disciplinary, multi-business segment, and multi-vendor product knowledge.
• Manage the lighting, gear and miscellaneous materials for project requests for quotes.
• Manage, train and support a small staff to provide Quotation and Project management services to branches in North and South Carolina.
• Provide analysis of vendor pricing to advise the account representatives on best pricing strategy.
• Implement and maintain a shared online database to track and store requests for quote, vendor correspondence and project management documentation.

• Plan, staff, organize, direct and control activities relating to projects performed by field personnel in the assigned area in a safe and efficient manner.
• Manage the overall activities relating to a clients work performed including coordinating engineering efforts, estimating costs, obtaining proper permits, acquiring materials, staffing work, performing quality control.
• Insure that all applicable safety requirements and housekeeping issues are maintained to the highest possible standards.
• Routinely meet with appropriate parties to verify work is being performed in a productive manner and meets the requirements of the clients.
• Insure that proper and accurate documentation is being maintained on each project, including time keeping, material ordered, safety records, tool records, and changes of scope and communicate this information on a.
• Attend pre-bid meetings, job planning meetings, job progress meetings, and provide estimates for projects as required.

• Responsible to perform the installation of various electrical systems per NEC state/local regulations and complete construction documents while maintaining the highest levels of OSHA compliance.
• Determine material needed to perform assigned task.
• Review specifications, blueprints, and job scope for technical accuracy.
• Identify and enforce client/owners procedures
• Perform electrical testing and monitoring of systems and makes recommendations for improvement/repair.
• Orient and train new workers.
