The Quality Control Analyst is responsible for overall quality assurance throughout the application development cycle for the eCommerce group. Through the leadership provided by the Quality Control Manager, the Quality Control Analyst will partner with the development team for overall code quality.

The primary role of the Model Office Analyst (User Acceptance Tester) is to manage and deliver a full and effective business acceptance testing process (incorporating UAT and Model Office), which results in the release of quality software and applications at North American Bancard. The incumbent will successfully structure and maintain a testing strategy which includes ensuring quality control of application and infrastructure changes, design and document test cases, execution of test cases, recording test results, defects tracking and performing test coverage analysis. This role will identify, recommend, and implement changes to enhance the overall effectiveness of quality business acceptance testing strategies at North American Bancard.
