I am currently serving as the Operations Manager at LifeFlo, a medical furniture and ergonomics manufacturer. My career includes 16 years of progressive responsibility starting in retail loss prevention, and continuing on in private security management and law enforcement. My current role focuses primarily on field project management, vendor and customer relations, and the assurance of quality deliverables. My private security background started in retail loss prevention during college. I later served as Branch Manager for a global security firm, where I oversaw security programs at numerous facilities in all manner of settings (banks, manufacturing, retail, office, and distribution centers). My experience in law enforcement was well rounded and I served as a narcotics investigator, patrol line supervisor, field training officer (FTO), SWAT entry team member, certified police instructor, and of course Patrol Officer. Each of these roles taught me skills that have translated well outside of public safety. I cherish those years, and am grateful for the experiences and lessons learned that shaped who I am as a professional today!
